Living Expenses
College advises International
students find suitable accommodation, which is a short-distance from the
College.
The expenses below are based on 3-4 students sharing 1 furnished apartment
(including kitchen, bathroom,
sitting room and bedrooms).
Below are the minimum living expenses*, per student:

Application Procedure
Step
1
·The following application procedure MUST be followed by all students
who are required to attend a visa interview:
a:52 euro application fee (application will not
be processed without this non-refundable fee). b:86
euro student Visa fee (application
will not be processed without this non-refundable fee).c:4
passport sized photos. d: Copies of attested* High
School leaving Certificate( Lower & Higher Secondary and mark sheets. e:
Photocopy of attested passport copy (valid for at least 2 years from the
start of the semester). g: Copy of attested Police
Clearance Certificate. P CC for Indian applicants. (translated into English if
necessary). h: Copy of attested Bank Letter
stating that the student's sponsor has the financial ability to support
his/her living, tuition and repatriation expenses ,minimum $
20.000.Sponsor may only be father/mother/self. The letter must also clearly state relationship between
sponsor and student. i: Photocopy of blood test
report (HIV, Syphilis, Tuberculosis, Hepatitis B&C).

Photocopy of chest X-ray report (TB).
Step

·
Once we received the above named documents and the fee of 600 Euro (which will
pay for the application fee, the visa fee and the student's deposit fee, ) we are
ready to proceed for the Certificate of Admission (the certificate of
admission DOES NOT GIVE international students the right to travel to Cyprus).
·The Student must transfer to the G. K. SERVICES bank Account the total fee amount, of 2.800 x 3=8400 Euro, which is 1st Year Tuition Fees.
The name of the applicant and the inquiry number must be quoted on all transactions
The
Tuition Deposit is deductible from the first semester's tuition and fees and
is refundable if the Visa is denied by the Cyprus Authorities. If the Visa is
approved and the student decides not to register at the University, the amount
of 500 Euro will be deducted from the Tuition Deposit.
Step
3
·Visa interview:
Provided the student has submitted all the required documents and payments,he/she will be informed when to attend a short visa interview at the Cyprus Embassy/Consulate.
Documents Required for the Visa Interview
1. Original educational certificates and attested copies. (NOT LAMINATED) 2.Original,attested Police Clearance Certificate (Or P CC). 3.Original,attested Bank letter. 4.Original Passport plus attested copy.5.Original medical reports (Hepatitis B&C, HIV, Tuberculosis, Syphilis). 6.Original chest x-ray report. 7.Copy of University Admission letter. 8.Copy of University receipt for 52 euro and 86 euro. 9.Copy of University receipt for 8000 euros. 10. Original receipt issued by remitting/sending bank in home country proving payment of 8000 euro.

NOTE: *Student Payback Deposit is 100% refundable after the completion of the studies.
Arriving at Larnaca Airport
Upon arrival in Cyprus ,the student is required to present to the Immigration Authorities at the port of entry the following: a. Copy of University receipts for the Tuition Deposit of Euro 8400 and International Student Deposit of 400 euro. b. Cash for the amount of 3000 euro and/or scholarship letter. c. All documents that were certified by the Visa interview. d. Certificate of Admission. e. Open ticket valid for return flight to home country.
·Student's age must be below 26 years old.
An
English Placement Test is required. If
the student's standard is not up to a minimum level then the student
will have to take an additional English courses to raise the standard.
