established in 1990 to cover the developing needs in Cyprus. Our
agency finds prospective employees to fill vacancies in various
sectors of the economy where there is a demand and not enough Cypriots
to fill the positions. At
present, we can have vacancies in the positions stated below:
HOUSEMAIDS (salary 281.92 euro per month clear):
Ladies with good knowledge of English or Greek language. They have to
clean, cook, look after children and/or old sick people. One day off per
week. Contract 1-6 years. Driving license and nursing experience is an advantage. Live in.
BARMAIDS/WAITRESSES (salary 881.24 euro per month gross + tips that are
sometimes more than the salary):
Contract 6 months-6 years.
When we are talking about clear money, we are talking about money in
the bank. .
WE NEED PROFESSIONALS WITH EXPERIENCE AND GOOD
ENGLISH: Salaries is always according to European laws and varies for
different profession. Just to mention a
few, Air-condition installers, welders, Electricians, construction,
cooks, kitchen helpers, carpenters, fridge repairs, TV. Video repairs,
mobile phones, mechanics to repair small compressors, Factory workers,
auto mechanics, body workers, car wash, grill men, cleaners, Farm and
field workers, bakers, etc. Room and board
is supply to all most all foreign workers.
We
need the following documents translated into English for each
candidate, (BUT NOT FROM MEMBERS OF EUROPEAN
UNION).
Curriculum Vitae (C.V.) with details regarding
qualifications and experience

Copy of a Foreign Passport valid for at least 3 more years

6 photos (3 full-size and 3 passport-size)
4.
Police Clearance Report (original) And to be stamped by the Cyprus
Embassy of that country.
5.
Medical Report (including AIDS, Syphilis, hepatitis B, and
Tuberculosis test) And to be stamped by Cyprus Embassy of that
country.

Letters from references and/or letters stating work experience
Please note that each applicant costs us euro 500 monthly from the
registration date till the time that we find suitable work. That is
the reason we want to find work for these people as soon as possible,
to save expenses and satisfy you the Agent and the applicants.When we find the suitable
work and by the time we get the Visa is a lot of paper work to be done
and of course expenses that is up to euro 1500. After all of the above
we want to make sure that the applicants come to us they are serious
and hard working people. All
applicants from overseas should be aware of the high level of
commitment of Cypriot employers when they are bringing candidates from
abroad. Each employer is expected to treat their employees well and
is obliged by the Government to provide certain conditions:
1. Full-time work with equal payment
2. Free accommodation
3. Paid medical bills
4. Medical and Life Insurance
5. All Government deductions
6. Bank Guarantee of euro 854.30
Free meals (provided in Hotel Industry)

Dear Agents we are ready to work with you, regarding manpower recruitment, if of course you will agree with our rules and
regulations.Once you decide to work with us, send us an e-mail
and we will be happy to discuss with you all the details and answer
all your questions. Then we are ready to accept your applications.
After receiving your applications, we will advertise to find jobs for
all your applicants and as soon as possibly.
IF
and WHEN we will find work for any of your applicants, we will
let you know. You will present all the details of the job to your
applicants and let them decide if they accept or not and then you let
us know. We will proceed with the paper work to get the visa. The new
Law in Cyprus today says Housemaids they have to stay with their first
employer minimum 1 year and after the year, if they get a release they
are allowed to go to another employer, but no more. Also all other
workers they should stay with their employer according to the period
of the contract.
We as the Agency we promise to the Employers to find them the proper
employees and we give them certain guarantees that they will stay on
the job at least for a year and not just a few days. If an employee
leaves his/her employment, before he/she completed at least the first
year it is our responsibility to replace such an employee to the
Employer, absolutely FREE of any charges to the Employer and not only
for that but please read also other conditions below.
1. If one of your
applicant refuses to come to Cyprus after accepting the job.
2. If one is refused
by the Immigration because he/she worked in Cyprus before and was on
stop list or was Illegal and was deported.
3. If the employee
disobeys or neglects or refuses to carry out instructions given to
him/her by the employer on the basis of the signed contract, or he/she
is found guilty of consumption of alcoholic drinks, or gambling, or
unjustified absence from work, or violation the Laws of Cyprus
Republic, or his/her low professional or language skills and the
employer dismisses him/her from the work and cancels the contract and
send him/her back.
4.If there will be any
financial differences between us during our cooperation.
5. If the applicant
leaves his/her employer before completing at least the first year of
the contract, which is according to the Law.
Because of all of the above mentioned problems, we
require a deposit from all our Asian Agents and
other Agents who are needed Visas, as our security should
something goes wrong with any of your applicants.. The deposit is
2.000 euro, one for all your applicants and not for each applicant. If
nothing goes wrong during our cooperation, the deposit remains your
money in our account and you will receive it back at the end of our
contract, but not before the first year is completed.
If any of your
applicants lose his/her job because of the employer, we will find
another job without any charge, to your applicant.
IF YOU DON'T WISH TO PUT DOWN YOUR DEPOSIT THIS PROVES THAT YOU DO NOT
TRUST YOUR OWN APPLICANTS.
We need 10-20
applications completed to begin with and we are in business.
